2. Online Courses – No Returns or Exchanges

Due to the instant access and digital nature of our online courses:

  • All sales are final.

  • No refunds, returns, or exchanges are permitted once access is granted.

Exceptions:

Refunds may be considered only in the following cases:

  • Duplicate payment

  • Technical failure (course not accessible within 7 business days)

  • Purchase of an unavailable course

3. Physical Products – Returns and Exchanges

We want you to be satisfied with our books. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we offer returns or exchanges under the following conditions:

Eligibility for Returns:

  • You must initiate the return within 7 days of delivery.

  • The product must be unused, unmarked, and returned in its original condition.

  • Proof of purchase (order ID or invoice) is required.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Books damaged due to misuse or improper handling.

  • Requests made after 7 days of delivery.

  • Discounted or clearance items (unless defective).

Return Process:

  1. Email info@ndaabhilasha.com with your order details and reason for return.

  2. Our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days.

  3. If approved, you’ll receive instructions for shipping the item back.

  4. Once received and inspected, we will issue a replacement or refund (shipping costs are non-refundable unless it was our error).

Shipping for Returns:

  • You are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).

4. Cancellations

  • Online Courses: Cancellations are not allowed after purchase due to immediate digital access.

  • Books: Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.
